Nicholas Doulman married Mary Crofts in 1692 at South Elkington. Ils eurent un fils : Nicholas Doulman (1693-1756, buried at Alvingham) L'arbre généalogique suit avec une descendance Robert Dowman (1834-1906) et Sarah Watson (1836-1866) qui émigrèrent aux États Unis d'Amérique.
